Management Trainees
Ideal candidates would be smart young individuals below 30 years of age, with a Degree from a recognised University in the areas of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance & Accounting Information Technology, Law, Statistics and Economics to be appointed as Management Trainees.
Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written, a high level of computer literacy, and commitment to work long hours if required, are prerequisites.
Selected candidates are trained in the key Departments of the Company on rotation, for a period of two years and upon successful completion of training, will be appointed to Junior Management positions in the Insurance and / or preferred field.

Insurance Executives (Life / General)
You should be over 25 years of age, with at least 3-5 years experience in General and / or Life Insurance, preferably handling both underwriting and claims with a sound understanding of the Principles of insurance and practice. Ideal candidates should posses' flair for customer service, good interpersonal skills with a commitment to work long hours and in shifts, is required. Good communication skills both written and oral English is a must.
You should have a good educational background with a minimum of 2 simple passes at the GCE advanced Level and credit passes for Mathematics and English at the GCE Ordinary Level.

Business PromotionExecutives/Officers/Assistants

Technical Assistants - Motor
The ideal candidates will serve as a member of our "Accident Relief Team" attached to our motor insurance brand, " Janashakthi Full Option", by making on-site assessments of vehicle damages. The right person will take our valuable customers through what we define as the " Full Option Experience". The job will involve extensive traveling taking the brand to every nook and corner of the island.
You should be at least 25 years of age, with either a National Diploma in Technology in motor mechanics/an equivalent qualification or possess at least 6 passes at the GCE Ordinary Level and 3 passes at the GCE Advanced Level examination.
You should possess an outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills, together with commitment to work long hours and on shift basis. Ability to make basic assessments on vehicle damages will be an advantage. Computer literacy will play a vital role in selection, while a driving/riding license is a mandatory requirement.

HRD Executives
Should possess a minimum of 2 passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination and Credit passes for Maths and English at the G.C.E. O/L examination, with a minimum of 03 years' experience in Human Resource Development and Training, preferably with an Advanced Certificate in HRD at IPM or NIBM. Knowledge of MS Word & Excel is a prerequisite, and presentation skills would be a definite advantage. Age between 25-30 years.

Programmers in ORACLE
Ideal candidates should possess a University Diploma/Degree or an equivalent professional qualification, with a minimum of 1 year's project - related experience in ORACLE and DEVELOPER 2000 to be appointed as Programmers in Oracle.
They should be below 30 years of age with a minimum of 2 Passes at the G.C.E.(A/L) and Credit Passes for Mathematics & English at the G.C.E.(O/L) examination.

Propagandists
The selected candidate would be a key member in company's outdoor propaganda operation unit. You will be required to travel extensively throughout the island promoting our corporate identity and custom specific product range of life and general insurance. You will closely liaise with our Branch/District Managers and field sales force in order to meet the company communication objectives.
You should have excellent public speaking skills and be a good communicator in Sinhala and/or Tamil language. Proficiency in English will be a distinct advantage. You will be preferably between 28 - 40 years of age with 2 to 3 years propaganda related experience and GCE Ordinary Level.

Marketing Services Assistants
This position is open to an energetic and outgoing male between 21 and 25 years of age with outstanding PR and interpersonal skills. He should be G.C.E. A/L qualified and possess Credit Passes in Mathematics and English at the G.C.E. O/L examination.
Previous work experience is not mandatory, whilst computer literacy will be a prerequisite. You will be a key member of the brand management team and will be required to liaise with staff at various levels of the company.
