Brand Managers
You need to be a Visionary and a Leader who will take charge and drive forward the brands/categories under your purview. As a proactive Brand Manager you will initiate, brief, evaluate and develop advertising strategies in order to ensure that your brands/categories are reaching the set objectives in terms of both volume and value in the internal product portfolio and the industry market share. You will also have excellent analytical skills to critically audit and manage the internal operating systems and processes that deliver the brand promise.
You will critically evaluate existing brands/categories against competitors for continuous improvement and value addition to reach the full potential whilst your conceptualisation skills would be broad enough to initiate and generate new ideas for launching of new innovative products/brands in to existing and newly identified market segments.
